Stir-fried purple pointed cabbage with ham

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
1 purple pointed cabbage |
60 grams of ham |
dash of balsamic vinegar |
6 leaves of fresh sage cut into strips |
pepper |
Preparation
1. Cut the pointed cabbage, ham and sage into thin strips.
2. Stir-fry the pointed cabbage in a little oil for about 3 minutes. Then add the ham and sage and stir-fry briefly.
3. Deglaze with a dash of balsamic vinegar and season with some freshly ground pepper.
Tip: delicious with veal, poultry or fried salmon!
