Vegetables with grilled paprika

Ingredients
2 persons
1 courgette |
1 grilled sweet pepper (refrigerated |
without salt) |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 aubergine |
oregano |
1 (red) onion |
Preparation
1. Wash the aubergine and courgette and slice them.
2. Peel the onion and cut it small.
3. Fry the onion gently in the oil.
4. Add the aubergine and courgette and braise the vegetables for 10 minutes until tender.
5. Chop the sweet pepper and add it for the last 5 minutes. Season the vegetables with some oregano.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with turkey breast and potatoes.
