



Arracacha




The arracacha is a root vegetable native to the Andes mountains. In shape, the root resembles a cross between celeriac and carrot. Inside, the root is white/cream, yellow or purple in colour. The flavour is a mix of celeriac, white cabbage and roasted chestnuts.
