Rocket has been grown in the Mediterranean since the Middle Ages. Rocket is becoming increasingly popular. Arugula has a spicy, slightly bitter, nutty flavour. Other names for rocket: roquette, rocket salad, nut salad and mustard greens. Arugula is easy to sow and grow yourself. You can keep picking from it, as the plant constantly forms new leaves.
