Dandelion

Just about everywhere in the world you can see the dandelion blooming. Always fun to blow against the fluffy ball with its seeds. Few people know that dandelion leaf is also delicious as a salad. It is also called mole lettuce. Where that name comes from? Because herbalists used to prefer to pick their dandelion leaves in molehills.
