Kumquats are small citrus fruits. The flavour of this exotic fruit is sweet to slightly sour. Kumquats are naturally rich in fibre, vitamin C and potassium.

Storage
Store kumquats in a cool place (around 10°C). They will then keep for about a week.
How can I tell if a kumquat is no longer good? The kumquat goes mouldy, has dried out completely or loses its flavour. You can quickly recognise this deterioration by looking, smelling or even tasting.
