Liita Cress has the flavour of mildly bitter lavender. Lavender flowers are more commonly used in cooking, but now there is also a cress variety. Liita has its origins in the Mediterranean region. The purple lavender fields with the delicious fragrance are characteristic of the southern French Liita.

Store Liita Cress in the refrigerator. It can be kept there for up to 7 days (2-7°C).

Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the refrigerator.
