Mugwort is a common wild herb found on roadsides. The leaves of this medium-sized plant are dark green on top and felty white underneath. The plant is aromatic and has a somewhat bitter taste. In Germany, this herb is cultivated to make fatty dishes taste more digestible.

Storage
Store the sprigs with leaves in cling film in the fridge. You can keep this herb fresh for a few days.

Cut or tear the leaves into pieces.

Refrigerator: 2-3 days
