Sorrel is a wild herb that grows on acid soil. There are as many as more than 200 species of sorrel. The leaves of sorrel are edible. Sorrel can turn a beautiful red colour, especially if the plant is in a sunny spot. Sorrel is also called sorrel. Sorrel is best kept in the fridge.
