Soursop

The soursop is a large exotic fruit with a dark green skin with spines. The fruit measures as much as 20 to 30 centimetres. The large soursop can weigh up to 2.5 kilos. The flesh is white, soft and sweet and sour in taste. The flesh is pulpy. Because of this, it is usually used for juice, smoothies and shakes. The fruit contains many seeds.
