Watercress

Watercress belongs to the cress family, as does garden cress. These are young plants from newly germinated seeds. All cherry varieties have a highly concentrated flavour. And each cherry tastes different. The taste of watercress is peppery. The leaves are gathered in small bunches on crunchy stalks. Watercress keeps best in the fridge.
