Asparagus broccoli with mushrooms

300gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1onion
250 gramsasparagus broccoli
1 tablespoonliquid margarine
250 grams mushrooms
2 teaspoonssoy sauce manis

Preparation

  1. If necessary, cut the woody ends off the asparagus broccoli and wash the vegetables.
  2. Clean and quarter the mushrooms.
  3. Peel and chop the onion.
  4. Cook the asparagus broccoli in little water for about 3 minutes.
  5. Fry the mushrooms with the onion over high heat in the margarine.
  6. Briefly warm the drained asparagus broccoli and season with a little soy sauce.


Menu suggestion: Delicious with steak and potatoes.
