Asparagus broccoli with mushrooms

Ingredients

| 1 | onion |
| 250 grams | asparagus broccoli |
| 1 tablespoon | liquid margarine |
| 250 grams | mushrooms |
| 2 teaspoons | soy sauce manis |
Preparation
- If necessary, cut the woody ends off the asparagus broccoli and wash the vegetables.
- Clean and quarter the mushrooms.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Cook the asparagus broccoli in little water for about 3 minutes.
- Fry the mushrooms with the onion over high heat in the margarine.
- Briefly warm the drained asparagus broccoli and season with a little soy sauce.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with steak and potatoes.
