Asparagus broccoli with mushrooms

300gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 onion |
250 grams of asparagus broccoli |
1 tablespoon of liquid margarine |
250 grams of mushrooms |
2 teaspoons of soy sauce manis |
Preparation
1. Cut any woody ends off the asparagus broccoli and wash the vegetable.
2. Clean and quarter the mushrooms.
3. Peel the onion and chop it small.
4. Cook the asparagus broccoli in little water for about 3 minutes.
5. Fry the mushrooms with the onion on high heat in the margarine.
6. Briefly warm the drained asparagus broccoli and season with a little soy sauce.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with steak and potatoes.
