Greek broccoli

415gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
lemon juice |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tomato |
1 onion |
1 red pepper |
500g broccoli |
Preparation
1. Clean the broccoli and divide the vegetable into hefty roses. Peel and slice the stems.
2. Clean the onion and pepper. Cut the onion into shreds and the pepper into cubes.
3. Wash the tomato and cut it into pieces.
4. Fry the onion in the oil until glazy.
5. Add the tomato pieces and diced peppers and stew for a few minutes.
6. Add the broccoli with a little water and stew for approx. 5 minutes until tender.
7. Flavour the vegetables with some lemon juice.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with toasted almonds and mashed potatoes.
