Brussels sprouts with ginger and shiitakes

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tbsp oil |
400g sprouts |
piece of ginger root |
100g shiitakes |
Preparation
1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them al dente.
2. Peel and finely grate the ginger.
3. Clean and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
4. Fry the ginger in hot oil until it colours. Briefly fry the shiitake mushrooms.
5. Add the drained sprouts and warm thoroughly.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with omelette strips and potatoes.
