Cauliflower florets in tomato sauce

450gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
150g diced tomatoes without salt |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 small cauliflower |
½ teaspoon ginger powder |
½ teaspoon ground coriander (ketoembar) |
1 shallot or small onion |
Preparation
1. Clean and chop the shallot and fry it glazed in the oil.
2. Add the diced tomatoes with the coriander and ginger powder and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
3. Clean and cut the cauliflower into florets.
4. Cook the cauliflower florets in the sauce for about 8 minutes.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with chicken breast and potatoes.
