Cauliflower with onion sauce

445gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 small cauliflower |
100 ml (vegetable) stock with less salt |
2 cloves |
½ tablespoon flour |
1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
1 clove garlic |
2 onions |
Preparation
1. Peel the onions and garlic and chop them small.
2. Fry the onions with the garlic and cloves in the margarine for 10 minutes until golden brown.
3. Sprinkle in the flour and warm well.
4. Pour in the stock and let the sauce simmer gently for another 10 minutes.
5. Then remove the cloves.
6. Cook the cleaned cauliflower for 10-15 minutes until tender.
7. Drain the cauliflower and pour over the sauce.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried tartare and potatoes.
