Cauliflower with onion and pepper

410gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1/2 cauliflower |
1 small onion |
2 tablespoons liquid margarine |
1/2 red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |

Preparation
1. Divide the cauliflower into small florets.
2. Wash the pepper and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into pieces.
3. Peel and chop the onion.
4. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the onion gently for a few minutes. Add the cauliflower, pepper, thyme and 1 dl water.
5. Let the vegetables stew in the closed pan for about 15 minutes. Stir them occasionally.
6. Season with freshly ground pepper. Enjoy!
