Courgette with tomatoes

275gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon oil |
1 small red pepper |
2 teaspoons capers |
2 small courgettes |
5 cherry tomatoes |
Preparation
1. Wash the courgettes and cut them into quarters lengthwise. Cut them into approx. 2 cm pieces.
2. Remove the seeds from the washed chilli and cut it small.
3. Briefly fry the pepper in the oil.
4. Add the courgette and a little water and braise the vegetables for about 6 minutes. Slice the washed tomatoes once.
5. Spoon the tomatoes and capers through the courgette and warm thoroughly.
