Endive stir-fried with caraway

235gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
700 grams of endive |
1 small onion |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon caraway seeds |
lemon juice |
Preparation
Did you know that you can stir-fry endive very well? Delicious with caraway seeds and this way you immediately have enough vegetables (235 g pp!).
- Wash the endive and cut the vegetables into narrow strips.
- Peel and chop the onion. Fry the onion glazed in the oil.
- Briefly fry the caraway.
- Add the endive and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
- Season the vegetables with a few drops of lemon juice.
