Green cabbage with mustard and cream

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 teaspoon mustard |
2 tablespoons cooking cream light |
1 tablespoon oil |
½ green cabbage (approx. 500 grams) |
Preparation
1. Clean the cabbage and cut it into narrow strips.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan or frying pan.
3. Stir-fry the cabbage in it, stirring to soften it.
4. Briefly fry the mustard with it.
5. Add the cream and braise the cabbage for a few minutes until tender.
Menu suggestion: Serve with pork schnitzel and potatoes.
