Stir-fried green cabbage with mushrooms, coconut, sultanas and fillet steak

325gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
150g mushrooms |
1 tablespoon grated coconut |
150 thin pork fillets |
1 tablespoon oil |
2 tablespoons sultanas |
1 green cabbage or 500g sliced green cabbage |
Preparation
1. Clean the cabbage and cut it into narrow strips.
2. Wash the sultanas.
3. Cut the fillet steaks into thin strips.
4. Clean and quarter the mushrooms.
5. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
6. Stir-fry the meat strips for a few minutes.
7. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for about 6 minutes until almost tender.
8. Add the mushrooms and sultanas and stir-fry until tender.
9. Season to taste with pepper.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with mashed potatoes.
