Warm cabbage salad

Warm cabbage salad

250gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

500 grams of pointed cabbage
2 slices of bacon
5 juniper berries
vinegar

Preparation

1. Slowly brown and crisp the breakfast bacon in a wok or frying pan. Crush the juniper berries.
2. Clean the cabbage and cut the vegetable into narrow strips.
3. Remove the bacon from the pan and crumble it.
4. Put the pan on high heat and briefly stir-fry the cabbage strips with the juniper berries.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and season the vegetables with pepper and a little vinegar. Stir in the bacon crumbs.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried tartare with onion rings and potatoes.
