Stuffed savoy cabbage parcels

215gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 stalks of celery |
approx. 100 g carrot |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons grated 30+ cheese |
1/2 red pepper |
4 large or 6 smaller savoy cabbage leaves |
1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder with less salt |
Preparation
1. Wash the savoy cabbage leaves.
2. Clean the vegetables: cut the celery into very narrow curves, the pepper into small pieces and grate the carrot.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables with the stock powder for 2-3 minutes.
4. Lay the cabbage leaves side by side on the work surface and divide the vegetable mixture between the leaves. Fold the sides of each leaf inwards to make a packet.
5. Place the packets, sprinkled with grated cheese, back in the microwave for another minute. Enjoy!
Tip: Serve the packets with unpolished rice and omelette strips.
