Ingredients
667 grams watermelon (seedless) |
13 millilitres fresh lime juice |
3 grams lime zest |
20 grams honey |
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to high temperature. Mix the fresh lime juice, lime zest and honey in a bowl.
- Cut the head off the watermelon and cut it into two halves. Then cut the halves into triangles (the skin is still on).
- Brush each slice with the fresh lime juice and place on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the watermelon is slightly softer. Serve immediately.
