50gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

200 grams kale (washed
dry
hard stems removed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 140°C.
  2. Chop the kale. Then mix with the olive oil, salt and black pepper until all the leaves are well coated. Divide the kale leaves between the lined baking tray(s) so that there is one evenly distributed layer per tray.
  3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Gently shake the baking tray(s) so that the kale leaves move slightly. Then place in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chips are crisp.
