Kale with vegetarian strips and mushrooms

375gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 onion |
1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
200g vegetarian strips or cubes |
500g ready-to-eat kale or 1 pack of frozen kale (400g) |
1 clove of garlic |
250g chestnut mushrooms or mixed mushrooms |
Preparation
1. Boil the kale in little water until tender.
2. Clean and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Clean the mushrooms and cut into strips or slices.
4. Heat the margarine and fry the onion and garlic in it until glazy.
5. Fry the vegetarian strips or cubes with them.
6. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly.
7. Drain the cooked kale and spoon in the mixture. Season with pepper.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with mashed potatoes.
