Leek dish

250gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

500g potatoes
500g leeks
150g beef tartare
1 tablespoon curry paste
100ml semi-skimmed yoghurt
40g grated 30+ cheese

Preparation

This easy casserole with leeks gets an Indian touch with the curry paste.

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in a little water just until tender.
  2. Clean the leeks and cut the vegetables into large rings.
  3. Fry the tartare in a frying pan until tender and loose, stirring constantly.
  4. Briefly fry the curry paste.
  5. Add the leeks and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
  6. Preheat the grill.
  7. Slice the potatoes.
  8. Spoon the leek mixture into an ovenproof dish and cover with the potato slices.
  9. Mix the yoghurt with the cheese and spread it over the potatoes.
  10. Let the dish turn golden under the hot grill for 15 minutes.
