Ingredients
2 persons
500g potatoes |
500g leeks |
150g beef tartare |
1 tablespoon curry paste |
100ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
40g grated 30+ cheese |
Preparation
This easy casserole with leeks gets an Indian touch with the curry paste.
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in a little water just until tender.
- Clean the leeks and cut the vegetables into large rings.
- Fry the tartare in a frying pan until tender and loose, stirring constantly.
- Briefly fry the curry paste.
- Add the leeks and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
- Preheat the grill.
- Slice the potatoes.
- Spoon the leek mixture into an ovenproof dish and cover with the potato slices.
- Mix the yoghurt with the cheese and spread it over the potatoes.
- Let the dish turn golden under the hot grill for 15 minutes.
