Marsh samphire with braised salmon

175gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
250g glasswort |
2 slices of salmon |
1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
1 (red) onion |
Preparation
1. Clean the onion and cut it into half rings.
2. Wash the samphire and remove unsightly bits.
3. Heat the margarine and fry the onion rings until soft.
4. Add the samphire and braise the vegetables for 5 minutes.
5. Set the vegetables aside. Place the salmon in the pan and braise the salmon and samphire for about 7 minutes. Sprinkle some pepper over the fish.
Menu suggestion: Serve with a stew of raw endive or lamb's lettuce.
