Oriental green beans with bean sprouts

240gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400 g green beans |
1 tablespoon oil or stir-fry oil |
1 dl vegetable stock with less salt |
1 tablespoon peanut butter with no added sugar or salt |
75 g bean sprouts |
25 g unsalted peanuts |
Preparation
1. Cut the tips off the green beans. Halve the green beans.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir in the green beans.
3. Add the peanut butter and stock and bring to the boil, stirring.
Cook the green beans for about 10 minutes until al dente.
5. Roughly chop the peanuts, spoon them and the bean sprouts through the green beans and heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
