Parsnips with cumin

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
½ tablespoon cumin seeds |
1 tablespoon oil |
400g parsnips |
Preparation
1. Scrape the parsnip and remove the ends. Cut the parsnip into slices.
2. Cook the parsnip slices for about 10 minutes until tender.
3. Toast the cumin seeds in a dry frying pan until fragrant.
4. Add the oil and the drained parsnips and warm thoroughly.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a rib chop and potatoes.
