Pea salad with red onion and cherry tomatoes

250gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 dried chilli
1 red onion
150 grams cherry tomatoes
thyme
1 tablespoon oil
250 grams peas (frozen)

Preparation

1. Peel and chop the onion small. Fry the onion in the oil until soft.
2. Add the peas and braise until tender.
3. Crumble the chilli on top.
4. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
5. Add the tomatoes to the peas and warm thoroughly.
6. Flavour the vegetables with some thyme
