Ingredients

4 persons

333.33g semi-skimmed yoghurt (well-chilled)
233.33g pomegranate seeds
160g banana (peeled and sliced thickly across)

Preparation

  1. Put the semi-skimmed yoghurt, pomegranate seeds and banana in the blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add some water if the mixture is too thick.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
