333.33g semi-skimmed yoghurt (well-chilled) |
233.33g pomegranate seeds |
160g banana (peeled and sliced thickly across) |
Preparation
- Put the semi-skimmed yoghurt, pomegranate seeds and banana in the blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add some water if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
