Roasted asparagus

300gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 tablespoons of olive oil |
600 grams of asparagus |
Preparation
1. Peel the asparagus and cut off the lower woody ends.
2. Cook the asparagus for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
3. Remove from the pan and halve the asparagus lengthwise.
4. Drizzle the asparagus with the oil.
5. Heat a grill pan and place the asparagus on it at an angle.
6. Grill the asparagus for a few minutes until they get nice brown streaks.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with chopped walnuts and (small) potatoes.
