1 tablespoon olive oil |
150 grams grilled paprika (refrigerated |
without salt) |
120 grams light feta cubes |
Preparation
Surprise your guests with these courgette rolls with grilled peppers and feta. Delicious with drinks!
- Wash the courgette and cut off the stem end. Cut the courgette in half and shave the halves lengthwise into thin slices. Mix in the oil.
- Heat a grill pan and grill the courgette slices until golden brown.
- Cut the peppers into strips.
- Place a cube of feta and a strip of pepper on each slice of courgette, roll up and secure with a cocktail stick.
