Stir-fried Brussels sprouts

Stir-fried Brussels sprouts

230gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

400g sprouts
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
smoked paprika
1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

1. Clean and halve the sprouts.
2. Clean the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into shreds and the garlic into strips.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the sprouts in it for a few minutes.
4. Add the onion and garlic with some smoked paprika.
5. Stir-fry the vegetables for a few more minutes.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with toasted pine nuts and potatoes.
