The sweetest Brussels sprouts
With seasonal products

200gr vegetables p.p. & 50gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

2 teaspoons honey
400 grams sprouts
100 grams white grapes

Preparation

1. Clean and cook the Brussels sprouts for about 5 minutes.
2. Wash the grapes and halve them. If necessary, use a sharp knife to remove the seeds.
3. Add the grapes to the sprouts and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Drain the vegetables and gently shake in the honey.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried hazelnuts and potatoes.
