Stir-fried leeks with sesame seeds

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon oil |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds |
500 grams thin leeks |
Preparation
1. Clean the leek stalks and cut them into 3 cm pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a wadjan or frying pan and stir-fry the leeks in it over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until tender.
3. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the leeks.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a schnitzel and potatoes.
