Leek with balsamic vinegar

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400g thin leeks |
3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 tablespoon oil |
Preparation
1. Clean the leeks and cut the vegetables into pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan and braise the leeks in it for a few minutes.
3. Add pepper and sprinkle with sugar.
4. Add the balsamic vinegar.
5. Braise the vegetables with a lid on the pan until tender.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with tartare with onion rings and potatoes.
