Sweet and sour celery

575gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
2 cloves |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 shrub of celery |
2 tomatoes |
1 small onion |
Preparation
1. Clean the celery and cut the stems into equal pieces.
2. Boil the celery in little water for 10 minutes.
3. Skin the tomatoes and cut into pieces.
4. Clean and chop the onion small.
5. Fry the onion in the oil until translucent.
6. Add the tomato pieces and braise them briefly.
7. Add the vinegar, honey, cloves and some pepper.
8. Spoon in the celery pieces and simmer until tender.
9. Remove the cloves before serving.
Serving suggestion: Serve with a vegetarian schnitzel and potatoes.
