Tiramisu glasses with strawberries

Ingredients

2 persons

150g strawberries
150ml low-fat Turkish or Greek yoghurt (0% fat)
1 sachet vanilla sugar
2 speculoos
2 basil leaves

Preparation

A delicious variation on the classic tiramisu -with strawberries.

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces.
  2. Stir the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth and add the vanilla sugar.
  3. Crumble the biscuits (in a food processor or by hand).
  4. Fill the glasses layer by layer: start with a layer of biscuits, then a layer of yoghurt, then a layer of fruit. Repeat so that there are 2 layers of all ingredients in each glass.
  5. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Tip: Is it not strawberry season? Then you can also choose frozen fruit from the freezer, for example diced mango or blueberries.
