Tiramisu glasses with strawberries

Ingredients
2 persons
150g strawberries |
150ml low-fat Turkish or Greek yoghurt (0% fat) |
1 sachet vanilla sugar |
2 speculoos |
2 basil leaves |
Preparation
A delicious variation on the classic tiramisu -with strawberries.
- Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces.
- Stir the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth and add the vanilla sugar.
- Crumble the biscuits (in a food processor or by hand).
- Fill the glasses layer by layer: start with a layer of biscuits, then a layer of yoghurt, then a layer of fruit. Repeat so that there are 2 layers of all ingredients in each glass.
- Garnish with a basil leaf.
Tip: Is it not strawberry season? Then you can also choose frozen fruit from the freezer, for example diced mango or blueberries.
