200 grams (small) strawberries |
1 teaspoon aniseed |
6 mint leaves |
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns.
- Finely chop the aniseed seeds.
- Spoon the aniseed seeds through the strawberries.
- Thread them onto skewers and garnish each skewer with a mint leaf.
