Ingredients

2 persons

75g raspberries
2 scoops strawberry or forest fruit sorbet ice cream
200ml carbonated mineral water

Preparation

  1. Clean the raspberries and keep two nice ones for garnish.
  2. Scoop a scoop of ice into two tall glasses and divide the raspberries on top.
  3. Fill the glasses with the mineral water.
  4. Garnish the glass with the retained raspberry.
