Summer dessert with peach and raspberry sauce

1 peach |
125g raspberries |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
Preparation
This simple but oh-so-delicious dessert with peach and raspberry sauce is easy to make and quick to put on the table. And it also contains 120 grams of fruit!
- Cut the peach in half and remove the stone.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil. Place the peach in it for half a minute. Remove from the water and plunge into cold water. Pull the skin off the peach.
- Wash the raspberries and keep a few for garnish. Puree the rest of the raspberries with 1 tablespoon of water and the lemon juice to make a sauce.
- Divide the raspberry sauce between 2 plates and place the peach halves inside. Garnish with the remaining raspberries.
