Turnip greens with wok meat

275gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
150g pork schnitzel (unbreaded) |
1 garlic clove |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
400g turnip greens |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 large onion |
Preparation
1. Cut the roots from the turnip greens and wash the turnip greens.
2. Clean and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Cut the pork schnitzel into narrow strips.
4. Heat the oil and stir-fry the meat in it for a few minutes until brown and cooked. Briefly stir-fry the onion and garlic.
5. Add the turnip greens in sections and stir-fry until they have shrunk. Season to taste with some pepper and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with mashed potatoes.
