Virgin Bloody Mary of peppers

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
5 red peppers |
1 clove of garlic |
1 teaspoon of sugar |
dash of extra virgin olive oil |
6 dl tomato juice |
tabasco |
Worchestershire sauce |
2 stalks of celery |
Preparation
1. Clean and roughly chop the peppers.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
3. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper pieces over medium-high heat until soft. Add the garlic and fry for a minute. Deglaze with a small dash of tomato juice.
Puree the mixture very finely or pass it through a sieve. Let it cool down and mix in the rest of the tomato juice.
5. Season to taste with the sugar and a few drops of Tabasco and/or Worchestershire sauce.
Tip: Garnish with a stalk of celery
