A reason to eat pasta every day

29 October 2026

25 October was World Pasta Day, but of course we can enjoy pasta every day! Whether you opt for a classic pasta with tomato sauce, a creamy version with spinach or a colourful plate full of vegetables: pasta is always a good choice. And with so many different vegetables and flavours to combine, you can serve up something surprising every time.

A reason to eat pasta every day

For example, try a fresh combination of courgette, spinach and lemon. Or opt for a warming pasta sauce with tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. By combining different vegetables, you’ll not only add colour to your pasta dish, but also plenty of flavour and variety.

Tip: why not try wholemeal pasta? Wholemeal pasta contains more dietary fibre than ordinary white pasta and makes a tasty base for a meal packed with vegetables.
