Apple slices with nut butter, banana, cinnamon and hemp seeds

Ingredients
2 small apples (assume 2 slices per serving) |
1 small banana thinly sliced |
25 g pomegranate seeds |
25 g 100% almond paste |
5 g hemp seeds |
1 tsp cinnamon |
Preparation
1. Remove the core of the apple using an apple corer and cut each apple into 4 slices. Leave the skin on for extra vitamins (most vitamins are right under the skin).
2. Spread the slices with a thin layer of almond paste and spread the banana over
the apple slices.
3. Garnish the apple slices with cinnamon, pomegranate seeds and hemp seeds!
