Ingredients
| 2 | small apples (assume 2 slices per serving) |
| 1 | small banana in thin slices |
| 25 g | pomegranate seeds |
| 25 g | 100% almond paste |
| 5 grams | hemp seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | cinnamon |
Preparation
- Remove the core of the apple using an apple corer and cut each apple into 4 slices. Leave the skin on for extra vitamins (most vitamins are right under the skin).
- Spread the slices with a thin layer of almond paste and spread the banana over the apple slices.
- Garnish the apple slices with cinnamon, pomegranate seeds and hemp seeds!
