Apple pie smoothie bowl

Apple pie smoothie bowl

120gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

2 red apples
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 dried dates
2 teaspoons peanut butter 100%
6 tablespoons Greek yoghurt 0%
50 grams granola (or granola)
1 handful sultanas

Preparation

1. Peel and slice the apples.
2. Cook the apples in a small layer of water with the lemon juice for 10 minutes until soft.
3. Pit the dates and put them in a blender along with the peanut butter and cinnamon.
4. Add the apple and yoghurt as well and blend until you have a nice thick smoothie.
5. Garnish with the sultanas, granola and a pinch of cinnamon. Don't drink this smoothie with a straw, just eat it with a spoon.
