Breakfast bowl with yellow kiwi, red fruit and chia seeds

Ingredients
6 yellow kiwis |
400g strawberries |
2 bananas |
250ml oat milk (or soy or almond milk) |
90g oatmeal |
A few drops of vanilla essence |
4 tablespoons of chia seeds |
1 teaspoon of açai powder (optional) |
60g hazelnuts |
1 container of blueberries |
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and peel one banana and 5 kiwis beforehand. Cut into pieces and freeze for a creamier texture.
- When you want to prepare the breakfast, mix the frozen fruit, oats, chia seeds and oat milk into a creamy mixture. If you want to add açai powder do so after the chia seeds.
- Divide among 4 bowls and top with rows of banana slices, chia seeds, açai powder, chopped hazelnuts, kiwi slices and blueberries.
