Breakfast bowl with yellow kiwi, red fruit and chia seeds
With seasonal products

225gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

6 yellow kiwis
400g strawberries
2 bananas
250ml oat milk (or soy or almond milk)
90g oatmeal
A few drops of vanilla essence
4 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of açai powder (optional)
60g hazelnuts
1 container of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Wash the strawberries and peel one banana and 5 kiwis beforehand. Cut into pieces and freeze for a creamier texture.
  2. When you want to prepare the breakfast, mix the frozen fruit, oats, chia seeds and oat milk into a creamy mixture. If you want to add açai powder do so after the chia seeds.
  3. Divide among 4 bowls and top with rows of banana slices, chia seeds, açai powder, chopped hazelnuts, kiwi slices and blueberries.
