Fruit wraps with mixed red fruit

100gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 whole-wheat wraps |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese |
pinch of cinnamon |
200 g red fruit e.g. redcurrants raspberries cherries strawberries |
Preparation
1. Wash and peel the fruit. Cut the fruit into pieces and mix in a bowl with the lemon juice.
2. Heat the wraps for 1 minute on each side in a dry frying pan, if necessary.
3. Put some fruit mixture on half of each whole-wheat wrap and fold in half.
4. Serve with a spoonful of low-fat quarter and a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. Enjoy!
Variation tip A little more time? Instead of wraps, you can make tasty whole-wheat pancakes!
